This role supports the culinary brigade through disciplined execution of sanitation protocols, kitchen support, and facility maintenance to preserve a world-class hospitality environment.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities: Execute all dishwashing and sanitation procedures for china, glassware, flatware, cookware, and culinary equipment with efficiency and precision Maintain immaculate standards throughout dish station, kitchen floors, drains, waste areas, storage rooms, and back-of-house spaces Manage refuse and recycling removal in accordance with sanitation and safety standards Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries using proper rotation and storage practices Support culinary operations with light food preparation, garde manger assistance, and event setup/breakdown as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins, dry storage, and support areas to executive hospitality standards Partner with culinary leadership to uphold all HACCP, health department, and company sanitation guidelines( Score 100) Provide utility support across multiple operational functions to ensure seamless service execution We Need From You: Previous experience in stewarding, utility, dishwashing, or hospitality support preferred Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced culinary environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in cleanliness and organization Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods Flexible availability aligned with operational business needs Demonstrates professionalism, discipline, urgency, and a service-first mindset
