IT Project Manager (Senior)

Role overview We are looking for an IT Project Manager who whill oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects and support services, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates the efforts of multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across complex, multi-cloud environments to achieve the project goals, while driving service improvement and vendor governance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Planning, executing, and delivering complex software development projects and support services on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Tracking SLAs and KPIs and driving continuous service improvement initiatives. Managing the service catalogue lifecycle and overseeing vendor governance. Delivering consistently in complex, multi-cloud environments. To excel in this role, you'll need: One of the following certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PM2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification (must be valid at the time of submission). At least 6 years of provable experience managing complex software development projects and support services. Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, SLA/KPI tracking, continuous service improvement, service catalogue lifecycle management, and vendor governance. Experience operating in complex, multi-cloud environments. Stong knowledge in English (at least level B2). Candidates must be EU citizens and must submit their CV in Europass format.
