Job description
Job Title: IT Support Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and networks. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users (onsite and remote). Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications. Provide support for IT systems, including Windows Server environments. Troubleshoot Windows Server issues (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, user access, and server performance). Manage and troubleshoot client connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN). Monitor system performance and ensure system availability. Support network infrastructure and resolve connectivity issues. Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and IT procedures. Assist in system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of networking concepts and systems. Experience supporting Windows Server and client operating systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
