RF & MW Test Engineer

The successful candidate will join the “ RF & Microwave Section “ R&D team and be responsible for the implementation of test plans to validate the functionality, performance and compliance of innovative packet microwave wireless communication subsystems and systems (such as Fixed Wireless Access – FWA), using advanced RF lab equipment. He/She will provide test reports and in close collaboration with senior R&D engineers will also assist in prototype development, validation tests planning, wireless systems troubleshooting & debugging and production process support activities.

Technical University (or Institute) degree (BSc or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field Solid background in RF/ MW, analog & digital design principles and measurement techniques Good understanding of RF transceiver architectures and IP networks Proficient in reading and understanding circuit schematics and diagrams Familiarity with RF & Analog testing equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, signal generators, power meters, Vector Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Ethernet testers etc. Very good knowledge of English (oral & written) Desired technical skills Hands-on experience in wireless subsystems / systems evaluation and troubleshooting using RF & Analog measurement instruments/equipment Proven experience in advanced RF lab environment
