Beam is building the operating layer for an AI-native future. Our platform helps teams from fast moving startups to Fortune 500s, automate entire workflows using self-learning agents that adapt in real time. By removing the drag of manual, repetitive work, we free people to focus on what actually needs human thinking. About the Team Beam’s GTM team is responsible for how AI agents get adopted inside enterprise workflows. We operate in tight loops across sales, product, and deployment, identifying high-value problems, shaping solutions, and getting them into production. This is not a traditional sales org. We’re early, hands-on, and still defining what great looks like. You’ll work closely with GTM leadership, deployment engineers, and product, not just to close deals, but to shape how Beam sells, delivers, and scales. About the Role You own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract across ANZ. You work a mix of inbound, outbound, and partner-sourced pipeline. This is complex enterprise selling into organisations that are actively figuring out how to deploy AI agents at scale. You will work closely with solutions engineers, the founding team, and our global customer base to bring relevant proof points into every opportunity. We have recently launched in ANZ and are growing fast. The product is proven. The market is moving. We need someone who can run with it What You'll Do Own pipeline generation through to close across ANZ enterprise accounts Run complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from discovery through commercial negotiation and procurement Build relationships with senior buyers (CTO, CDO, Head of AI, VP Ops) and navigate large buying committees Collaborate with solutions engineers to scope and demonstrate the platform against customer requirements Develop account strategies for high-value opportunities Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline in CRM Contribute to the go-to-market playbook as an early member of the ANZ sales team

3+ years in technology sales or consulting, selling software or platforms to enterprise buyers Proven track record closing deals at $250k+ ACV with 10+ stakeholders in the buying process Consistent quota attainment (show us the numbers) Full cycle experience: you prospect, you run the process, you close Comfortable operating in a founder-led environment where pace moves incredibly fast Nice to Have You've built something with AI, even a personal project Existing relationships in enterprise accounts across ANZ Experience selling into complex regulated industries (financial services, insurance, infrastructure, government) Why Beam AI Product-market fit in the fastest-moving category in enterprise software Selling alongside a larger, global team Real customers, real opportunity, real momentum in ANZ Early enough to shape the territory and the team $350k-$400k OTE + equity for someone who performs
