Are you passionate about working with cool clients and managing full-service digital projects? Then keep on reading! Who knows, maybe you’re our new Digital Project Manager. Who are we? Touchtribe is a software development agency specializing in building digital e-commerce platforms and business portals. We are also part of MakerStreet, an Amsterdam-based collective of agencies specializing in UX research, content creation, design and innovation, as well as mobile and backend development. We are working together to deliver digital products. We believe in specialization and that people should excel in their individual fields, so that's why we're not a full-service but a full-specialty agency. Together we develop websites, apps, content and other digital solutions for major brands and organizations such as Fugro, ICS, Intergamma, KPN and PrimeCare Clinics, Thieme Meulenhoff, to name a few. Who are we looking for? As an ideal candidate you have a proven track record of managing tech projects at digital agencies. You have worked on projects that are at the crossroads of both tech and design. You are in your element managing diverse stakeholders. Moreover, you have excellent organizational skills and come with solid experience in leading multidisciplinary teams. You see opportunities and persevere in the face of challenges. Your experience combined with your proactive and problem-solving attitude helps you in delivering high-quality digital products on time and within budget. As a Project Manager, you also have a deep understanding of the team’s capacity and resources, and therefore you can efficiently and effectively plan the right people on the right projects in order to optimize team productivity and project outcomes. What you will do: Make projects run smoothly and make sure they are delivered on time, within budget and in scope Coordinate and collaborate with clients, developers, designers (where relevant) and other stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and stakeholder satisfaction Be the go-to person for the client and proactively provide all necessary client support Be the go-to person for the team for project-related matters and together work towards a pragmatic solution Build and maintain a pleasant environment and open atmosphere for everyone to work in Communicate Touchtribe’s way of working, vision and approach to the team and take an exemplary approach in adhering to Touchtribe’s values Detect and act on sales opportunities involving the right people Conduct strategic resource planning together with the leadership team Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and reports Facilitate estimation of new and existing projects in collaboration with the development team and sales Handle monthly invoicing towards clients
You have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in a digital environment You come with a deep understanding of agency dynamics: familiarity with the fast-paced environment, managing multiple and diverse clients and projects simultaneously, and handling high-pressure situations You have a handle on the various project management methods/theories, and experience with tools/systems such as Jira, Notion, Miro etc Fluent in Dutch and English You see opportunities rather than obstacles and come with a 'let’s-get-things-done' attitude You are a proactive communicator, know how to talk to different audiences and are unafraid to pick up the phone to call when needed Energetic, creative, team-player, motivator This is a hybrid position based in Amsterdam. Our hybrid model is 3 days at the Amsterdam office with some visits to client offices and the rest from home so you can have a better work/life balance.
