Role overview We are looking for a Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish. You will work with teams and stakeholders to deliver the right results on time, on budget, and with the right quality. You will partner closely with the Business Manager to turn business needs into clear plans and real outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Running projects end-to-end and making sure they meet the agreed goals for cost, time, and quality. Working with the Business Manager on the business case, project definition, and rollout. Building clear project plans that cover scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risks. Guiding the project team day-to-day and reviewing their work. Joining working groups and progress meetings. Estimating costs, timelines, and the people needed for each project. Keeping project and quality plans up to date, tracking progress, and sending regular reports. Watching costs, timelines, and resources, and taking action when things go off track. Managing the change control process and getting sponsor approval for any project changes. Leading the team in a way that keeps people motivated and helps them grow. Managing stakeholders with a clear communication plan, stakeholder mapping, and regular status updates. To excel in this role, you'll need: Experience in managing projects. One of the following certifications (or equivalent): PM², PMP, or PRINCE2 . Good knowledge of project management methods such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Agile. Solid skills in planning and finance: scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and tracking performance. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Lean Agile ways of working. Hands-on experience with project tools like JIRA and Microsoft Project. Experience with collaboration tools like Confluence and SharePoint. Experience running and facilitating meetings. Good reporting skills. Ability to present status, risks, and decisions clearly to different audiences. Strong focus on quality in everything you do. Comfort working in an international, multicultural team with people from different backgrounds. Ability to lead team activities, manage team dynamics, handle conflicts, and keep everyone moving in the same direction. Good negotiation skills to align stakeholders and secure commitments. Flexibility to adjust plans, reduce risks, and keep stakeholders engaged when things change. Strong English communication skills, French is an asset.
