Role Summary Responsible for execution, quality, and safety of all civil works for wind power projects, including WTG foundations across multiple OEMs, crane pads, internal roads, buildings, and PSS civil works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities • Execute WTG foundations for multiple OEMs in line with OEM‑specific design, tolerance, and quality requirements. • Manage complete civil scope including WTG foundations, crane pads, internal roads, culverts, drainage, control room / O&M buildings, and PSS civil works (equipment foundations, buildings, cable trenches, paving, fencing). • Ensure civil readiness aligned with construction schedule and complete geotechnical testing and validation from OEM for foundation design. • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, ITPs, and method statements along with witnessing cube test results. • Implement quality control and lead NCR identification, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure. • Enforce HSE plans and zero‑harm safety culture at site. • Coordinate daily with Site Manager and Project Manager for planning, progress monitoring, and issue resolution. • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site resources. • Interface with OEMs, QA/QC, HSE teams, and client/site representatives.
