Location Hampstead, London Hours 38.5 hours per week, 07:00 - 19:00 on a 4 day on/4 day off rota Package £30,000 per annum + enhanced benefits & rewards Basis Permanent About us We are Pegasus Homes Ltd, a vibrant, dynamic business who are proud to design, build, and create high-quality homes with a focus on independent later living. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Day Concierge to based at Belle Vue, a stunning Hampstead based development of luxurious homes along with pool, stretch studio, roof terrace and residents lounge. About our role As Day Concierge, you are the face of our community, ensuring a seamless luxury experience for our residents. You will balance high-end hospitality with rigorous site safety and operational compliance. Key responsibilities Resident Relations & Wellbeing Act as the primary interface for residents, fostering a warm community atmosphere while conducting welfare checks and handling sensitive information with professional boundaries. Luxury Concierge Services Serve as an ambassador for the Hampstead area, providing bespoke recommendations for local amenities such as dining, arts, and transport. Site Safety & Security Lead on-site safety by conducting regular patrols, monitoring CCTV, managing secure access, and acting as the first responder for emergency situations. Technical Oversight Monitor the building’s M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems and perform basic troubleshooting of apartment fixtures to ensure the development runs seamlessly. Facility Management Coordinate with sales, management, and contractors to ensure the exclusive guest suite and spa facilities are fully operational and maintained to 5-star standards. Contractor Supervision Induct and oversee onsite service providers, including housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance teams. Operational Excellence Maintain precise logs for health & safety compliance, maintenance reporting, and daily handovers. Additional information You will work on a rota basis of 4 days on, 4 days off with shifts between 07:00 - 19:00 There may be times where you are required to attend training or company related events at site and/or other locations. At Pegasus, the safety and wellbeing of our residents are our highest priorities. Therefore, this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check (we handle the application and cost for this). About you Proven experience within a luxury residential property setting Educated to GCSE standard grade C or above, or equivalent in Maths and English, or with hospitality / property related vocational qualifications Effective written and verbal English communication skills, ensuring all inquiries and administrative tasks are handled with accuracy and professionalism Strong IT skills are essential, knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage Well presented and highly professional Flexible and well organised with the ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure Knowledge of the local area and events including but not limited to restaurants, theatre scene, parkland, clubs and societies will be highly advantageous Experience of working a similar shift pattern is desirable but not essential.
