About Jeeny Jeeny is a mobile application that facilitates daily commuting and transportation, connecting users with their preferred mode of transport. Established in 2014 as Easy Taxi, it was rebranded in 2016 to expand its services. Jeeny operates in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Pakistan, with offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi. Role Overview We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior Market Intelligence Associate to support our Market Intelligence function across reporting, research, and insight development. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, strong in written English, very good at building polished slides, and comfortable working with data, trackers, and competitive monitoring. The person in this role will help turn information into clear, structured outputs that support decision-making across the business. They should be proactive, reliable, and able to work across multiple requests without dropping the ball. Responsibilities Support the Market Intelligence team in preparing recurring and ad hoc reports Conduct desk research on markets, competitors, trends, customer behavior, and industry developments Monitor competitors on an ongoing basis and maintain updated competitor trackers Build clear, polished, and well-structured presentation slides for internal stakeholders Maintain and update trackers, dashboards, and reporting files with high accuracy Assist in synthesizing research findings into concise insights and key takeaways Help organize information from different sources into usable formats for business teams Ensure all outputs are professional, consistent, and easy to understand Support the team with survey summaries, benchmarking exercises, and presentation preparation Work closely with internal stakeholders to respond to intelligence and reporting needs

1–3 years of experience in market intelligence, research, strategy, business analysis, consulting, or a similar field Excellent written English is a must Very strong slide-building and presentation formatting skills are a must Strong attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly Comfortable with reporting, data organization, and maintaining trackers Good research skills with the ability to gather relevant information quickly and accurately Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Curious, dependable, and eager to learn Able to convert raw information into clear and visually strong outputs Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting reporting, research, or insight generation in a business environment Familiarity with competitive analysis and market monitoring Exposure to survey analysis, benchmarking, or trend reporting is a plus Experience in startups, tech, mobility, consulting, or research environments is a plus What Good Looks Like in This Role Reports are accurate, organized, and consistently delivered on time Slides are polished, structured, and executive-friendly Competitive tracking is kept fresh and actionable Research is clear, relevant, and easy for stakeholders to use Trackers are maintained properly and can be relied on without chaos or detective work
