What You'll Do: Handle patient and client inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels Provide accurate and helpful information on services, appointments, billing, and general support Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism Document all interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems Follow up with patients and clients to ensure full resolution and satisfaction Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department promptly Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and service quality standards
