Join AYANA Hospitality as an Assistant Loss Prevention Manager at our stunning AYANA Komodo Resort , where you will support the Loss Prevention Manager in safeguarding our guests, staff, and resort assets. We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual who can assist in implementing comprehensive loss prevention strategies to combat theft, accidents, and other risks. Responsibilities Assist the Loss Prevention Manager in supervising and guiding the Loss Prevention team, ensuring all duties are performed according to hotel standards, including providing feedback and supporting performance monitoring. Support investigations of incidents (e.g., theft, accidents), assist in preparing detailed reports, and help escalate findings to relevant departments or authorities when required. Maintain strong awareness of hotel operations, team schedules, and emergency protocols to help ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property at all times. Assist in ensuring compliance with hotel policies, Loss Prevention procedures, and local safety and security regulations across all departments. Handle guest and staff requests or complaints professionally, supporting a positive work environment and strong internal and external relationships. Coordinate with external agencies (police, fire brigade, etc.) under the direction of the Loss Prevention Manager, and support security operations during special events, emergencies, or high-profile visits.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role or at least 3 years of experience at the supervisory level in Loss Prevention, Security, and/or Safety, preferably within a luxury resort or similar hospitality environment. Gada Utama certification is preferred, along with other relevant security or safety certifications. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and external agencies. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills to support and guide the Loss Prevention team, assist in setting objectives, and ensure procedures are properly followed. High level of initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability, with the capability to handle tasks independently and support projects to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office, OPERA, and Loss Prevention–related systems or software. Good knowledge of local laws and regulations, investigation techniques, fire safety procedures, and the ability to maintain a clean criminal and driving record.
