Working Conditions: The job is in a mining/stone crushing environment with exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity, high noise levels, moving parts, and potential chemical or dust exposure. Regularly stand, sit, climb stairs/ladders, work on elevated platforms, bend, crawl, and stretch; work may be outdoors and during inclement weather. May lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) and perform physical tasks in tight spaces. Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE): hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and additional gear (respirator, gloves, protective clothing) as required by law and site policy. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years with mobile crushing equipment; Metso experience preferred. Experience operating heavy equipment used to feed crushers (e.g., excavator, wheel loader, skid steer). Strong understanding of crushing technologies, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance. Physical/Shift Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day/night) in harsh weather conditions. Licensing: Valid driver’s license. Required Competencies: Safety-first mindset with adherence to PPE, lockout/tagout, and environmental compliance.
