Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Skilled Baker to join our early morning production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision, and enjoys starting their day before the rest of the city wakes up. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls and sweets from scratch Follow and maintain consistency with established recipes and production schedules Mix, shape, proof, and bake doughs with attention to quality and timing Monitor ovens and adjust baking conditions as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed Assist with inventory tracking and ingredient preparation Qualifications: Proven experience as a baker in a commercial bakery, restaurant, or similar setting Strong knowledge of baking techniques, fermentation, and dough handling Ability to work independently and efficiently during early morning hours Comfortable with physically demanding work (standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 kg) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage based on experience Consistent early morning schedule Opportunities for growth and skill development Supportive and collaborative team environment Staff discounts on bakery products How to Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief note about your baking experience and availability.
