What you will do - We have an opportunity for an Associate Litigation Attorney with litigation experience who is interested in joining our Warranty Defense team in our San Jose or Costa Mesa locations! You’ll be a vital member of our team, with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day case development—including handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks , writing and arguing motions, managing critical discovery tasks, and working with partners through trial . You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through trial preparation and execution. Basic Qualifications: JD from accredited law school Active California Bar admission 1+ years of litigation experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience in warranty defense preferred Understanding of current state and federal procedures Excellent written and oral communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
