Job description
Arancia Physical Therapy, LLC is a privately owned physical therapy practice committed to delivering personalized, one-on-one care within a supportive clinical environment. Our clinic specializes in pelvic health, chronic pain management, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, and orthopedic conditions. We take a holistic approach to healthcare by focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of discomfort instead of just treating symptoms. Our treatment plans are customized to each individual and may incorporate manual therapy, guided movement, posture and breathing techniques, and structured home exercise programs. At Arancia Physical Therapy, we prioritize patient education, functional movement, and long-term wellness, aiming to help individuals improve their mobility, reduce pain, and maintain an active and independent lifestyle through evidence-based and non-invasive treatment methods. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our patients experience a seamless and positive interaction with our clinic, supporting our mission to provide exceptional, compassionate care. The ideal candidate will thrive in a health, wellness, and fitness environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping others. Join us at Arancia Physical Therapy and contribute to a team that values holistic health and patient-centered care. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently using clinic management software. Obtain and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history. Provide detailed information about clinic services, treatment options, and policies to prospective and current patients. Assist patients with billing questions, processing payments, and insurance claims follow-up. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Coordinate communication between patients, therapists, and other clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency with computer systems and appointment scheduling software. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and company policies.
