We are an internationally recognized, Emmy Award®-winning studio – in two prominent Canadian cities, Vancouver and Montreal – and the creative force behind top audience hits such as The Dragon Prince, Rick and Morty, Teen Titans Go!, and Diary of a Wimpy Kid. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Coordinator to join our feature animation team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation, supporting both the artists and logistical aspects of animation. Your expertise will help maintain timelines, facilitate communication, and document progress throughout the project. What you’ll be doing: Monitor and manage department production schedule, ensuring deadlines are met. Track weekly progress on tasks and artist submissions to maintain workflow efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact between artists and production management regarding schedules and project updates. Facilitate regular check-ins and meetings to ensure clear communication across teams. Address any production-related issues or concerns that may arise. Maintain accurate records of project milestones, artist outputs, and quota Work with the department lead in assigning the task to the artists. Manage reviews, takes notes and updates shots status. Distribute department information on production status and upcoming deadlines for team members and stakeholders.

What you bring with you: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in feature animation production. Experience with project management software, such as Shotgrid or similar tools, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Strong understanding of animation production processes and artistic requirements. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
