Lead, coordinate, and continuously improve the performance of the Land Acquisition team Oversee and manage Security, CSR, and External Relations functions , ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives Develop and propose annual work plans and budgets for Land Compensation, Security, CSR, and External Relations Build and maintain strong, harmonious relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, government authorities, and other external parties Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring targets are achieved and corrective actions are implemented when necessary Prepare and deliver regular reports on: Land acquisition progress Community relations CSR program implementation Provide strategic input and solutions related to land acquisition challenges and external issues arising from mining or other operational activities Ensure full implementation and compliance with SMKP policies and regulations across all areas of responsibility

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in land acquisition, external relations, or CSR, preferably within mining, plantation, or infrastructure sectors Strong experience in stakeholder management , including government and community engagement Proven track record in land acquisition and compensation processes Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance (including SMKP) Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in complex, high-pressure environments with diverse stakeholders
