What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
Are you skilled in automotive glazing and looking for an opportunity to put your expertise to work out on the road? Join the AA as an Automotive Glazier & Calibration Technician, where you’ll deliver windscreen repairs, replacements, and ADAS recalibrations as part of our West or South based Mobile teams.
You'll support AA Members, business partners, and customers across Auckland — ensuring the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
In this mobile role, you’ll bring technical confidence and great customer service directly to where our customers need you most.
Replace and repair windscreens to manufacturer standards
Complete ADAS calibrations after replacements
Remove trims, moulds, and scrap materials safely
Deliver exceptional service to Members and business partners
Maintain clean, well‑organised mobile equipment and tools
Work closely with Operations Coordinators and Contact Centre teams
Follow job processes from start to completion
Manage customer feedback professionally
Uphold AA health & safety procedures
Support basic admin tasks and provide updates where needed
Continue building your skills through ongoing learning
About You | Mōu
You’re a hands‑on technician who enjoys working independently, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a role that gets you out and about each day. You’ll blend technical expertise with a friendly, customer‑focused approach.
You’ll bring:
3+ years’ experience in glazing or a similar technical role
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and processes
Great communication and customer service skills
Ability to work confidently on your own
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Flexibility with hours and a reliable work ethic
Good PC and mobile device literacy
