Solutions Architect - Supply Chain Management

The SCM domain plays an important role in this journey, building modern and integrated digital capabilities that support our global supply chain and logistics operations. As our Solution Architect, you will shape and drive the solution architecture for the SCM workstream, working closely with the Domain Architect and cross-functional teams across business and technology. You will play a key role in translating supply chain and operational needs into scalable, supportable, and future-ready digital solutions. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who combines strong solution design and integration skills with a good understanding of Supply Chain Management. You will help ensure that solutions within the SCM domain are aligned with enterprise standards, business priorities, and long-term strategic direction. Job Description What You’ll Do Define and evolve the solution architecture for the SCM workstream in alignment with domain and enterprise architecture principles. Translate business and operational requirements into practical, scalable, and supportable technical designs. Lead solution design across applications, integrations, and data flows in a distributed enterprise environment. Work closely with the Domain Architect, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Digital Lead, and engineering teams on planning, implementation, and continuous improvement. Provide architectural guidance to developers and delivery teams during implementation. Ensure that solutions meet governance, performance, lifecycle, and support requirements. Contribute to defining the technical capabilities needed in the team to successfully deliver and maintain solutions. Job Requirements What You Bring Several years of experience in solution architecture, with strong hands-on experience in application design, integration, development, and maintenance in distributed enterprise environments. Strong experience designing and integrating modern digital solutions using APIs, event-driven patterns, and integration platforms. Solid background in cloud-native architecture, including application, integration, and data architecture. Experience working in DevOps-oriented teams with CI/CD pipelines and automated quality controls. Strong understanding of non-functional requirements such as scalability, maintainability, performance, and supportability. Good understanding of SCM processes and business flows. Ability to balance architectural thinking with hands-on technical problem-solving. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams in a global environment. Fluent in written and spoken English. Meritorious Experience with logistics, transportation management, or related supply chain environments, in particular modern SaaS-based TMS-solutions.
