Responsibilities Participate in requirement walkthrough meeting with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirement and provide technical solution. Clarify technical questions raised in the requirement walkthrough meetings. Analyze technical complexity and provide feasibility from development perspective. Analyze and understand business cases and the functional changes involved in the requirements. List out the dependencies and constraints such as additional tools and software required to implement the solution. Prepare the functional design document and review the document with IT and business stakeholders. Implement the changes designed to the application, conduct unit testing and deploy QA environment. Participate in daily sprint meetings with IT and business teams. Participate in change request walkthrough discussion with Solution Architect, IT, and business stakeholders. Understand new or modified changes in the existing requirements, modify design and develop artifacts based on new change requirements. Coordinate with the development team to ensure the team is aware of new changes and dependencies and ensure constraints are addressed. Coordinate post implementation support, monitor the application performance in using New Relic Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and report performance issues to IT. Provide technical help to team members to analyze and address the post implementation issues. Work with the infrastructure team and provide guidance on the network / server slowness, space and the job issues. Participate in client customer calls to review the Sev l/ Sev 2 issues and answer the technical questions from the management. Participate in the Root Cause Analysis calls and explain root cause of the Sev 1 / Sev 2 issues and provide permanent solution to address and prevent these issues. Review the post implementation issues with IT and business and implement performance improvement tools/ scripts to resolve complex repeated issues. Telecommuting and working from home permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. Domestic travel required approximately 10% of the time to various client sites. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in the related occupations of Senior Engineer Consultant, Senor Technical Architect or equivalent using tools such as DevOps, Dev Sec Ops on Prem as well as in AWS Cloud, AWS on EKS, Edge AI, and Kubernetes.
