As a Financial Actuarial Consultant, you’ll use your analytical skills to guide account teams and clients in making informed financial decisions. You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, precision, and client success. How you'll make an impact Analyze carrier data and provide recommendations to account teams and clients to negotiate rates and funding levels. Prepare and present financial reports that track expenses, renewal projections, and funding levels. Review and monitor reports generated by underwriting team members to ensure accuracy and quality. Assist in creating presentations, campaigns, and communication materials for internal teams and clients. Act as a resource for industry trends and technologies to support account service, new sales, and client growth. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years within employee benefits field in an underwriting capacity. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office. Preferred: Advanced Excel Skills. Math or Finance degree preferred. Behaviors: Detail oriented; strong analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to multi-task to meet deadlines with quality and accurate deliverables. Must maintain favorable relationships with clients, vendors and other office staff. #LI-TW2 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package.
