Job description
- Ensures that all sales revenues are recorded accurately and on time,
- Ensures that all room and extra charges are applied according to rates determined by management and fixed by contracts,
- Is responsible for the reconciliation of records and for correcting errors and omissions,
- Ensures reconciliation between the daily occupancy reports received from Housekeeping and Front Office, and investigates any discrepancies,
- Is responsible for monitoring daily revenue and account records,
- Ensures that adjustments and refunds are processed,
- Ensures that point-of-sale reports are regularly obtained, performs necessary checks, and prepares analysis reports,
- Enters sales prices into Micros,
- Ensures that all sales revenues are invoiced and maintains the related accounting records.
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities,
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry,
- Team-oriented,
- Responsible,
- Proficient in advanced use of MS Office.
