Job description

As Sales Manager, you are instrumental in driving revenue, building influential relationships, and positioning the resort within key global markets. With a strong commercial mindset and a flair for lifestyle hospitality, you will identify opportunities, convert business, and elevate the brand’s presence across luxury leisure, corporate, and MICE segments. This is a role for someone who thrives on connection, momentum, and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room revenue, ADR, and market share targets
  • Actively source and secure new business opportunities across luxury leisure, corporate, and MICE segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate clients
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and presentations to promote the resort’s offerings
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and partnership agreements in line with revenue strategy and brand standards
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize performance
  • Build long-term partnerships with key accounts through proactive communication and personalized service
  • Host site inspections, familiarization trips, and curated client experiences
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, proposals, and event-related requests
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for leadership
  • Identify new business opportunities based on market insights and evolving client needs
  • Ensure all contracts, rate agreements, and sales documentation are accurate and compliant
  • Maintain accurate weekly and monthly reporting on sales activity and pipeline
  • Support the development of sales collateral and promotional materials
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a Sales role within hospitality, preferably luxury or lifestyle brands
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and securing new business
  • Strong understanding of leisure, corporate, and MICE segments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven with a strong focus on results and performance
  • Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; knowledge of Opera or similar is a plus
  • Confident, energetic, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage clients
  • Willingness to travel and represent the brand at industry events
  • Passion for hospitality and creating impactful, memorable experiences
