Workplace Experience Expert (student)

Are you organized, practical, and eager to learn new things? We’re looking for a new Workplace Experience Coordinator!

The role requires the ability to juggle a wide range of priorities and tasks, and keep everything organized along the way. Great people skills and a desire to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are also a must. So if you’re adaptable, energetic, and excited about the idea of a job in which no two days are the same, then read on. This might be the one for you!

In this role you will

- Provide information and assistance at the reception desk (entry cards, contacting employees, etc.) and act as the main contact person for resolving office-related issues.

• Provide administrative support (the classification and processing of documents, purchasing office supplies and other materials, document scanning and photocopying, etc.).
• Care for the cleanliness, tidiness, and orderliness of the business premises.
• Manage the new employee process in cooperation with other teams (e.g. HR, IT, marketing).
• Gather products and prepare packages for employee appreciation programs and business partner gifts.
• Support office managers with tasks related to employee travel and education.
• Help with deliveries and shipping, including tracking the process via our digital system.

  What we are looking for

  - Excellent understanding of other people's behavior and needs.

• Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for the mobile games and entertainment industries is a plus.

  Your experience

• No prior experience required.
