Associate Private Wealth Manager

Primary Responsibilities
- Work with the client team to schedule meetings with the clients, prepare the meeting agenda, attend meetings, and record the meetings.
- Assist with the delivery of a portfolio report to the clients, updating KYC information and coordinating with the clients.
- Updating Salesforce for client changes and meeting action items.
- Salesforce administration for client data changes (accounts, changes in recurring cash requirements, addresses, etc.) for all team client relationships.
- Provide follow up communication with the clients and the team members about the status of outstanding actions.
- Participating, when requested, in new client account onboarding. This is onboarding for new clients, not onboarding for new accounts with existing clients. This could include assistance with communications with the client, securities transfers, etc., if requested.
- Participation in the annual tax workpapers collection, organization, and delivery and coordination between custodians, clients, and tax preparers to ensure the tax support documentation is available for tax preparation and inquiries.
- Coordinating with the client team leader for the collection of data for financial planning services.
- Creating initial net worth statements, cash flow statements, and financial planning reports.
- Reading the clients' financial plans to understand and assist with the financial planning implementation.
- Assisting the team members with analysis (e.g., insurance needs analyses reports).
- Maintaining the client’s records in Box.
- Participation and support for the team with special projects and peer projects.
- Covering for other team members when they are out of the office.
Qualifications
- CFP candidate preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant, professional experience.
This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $70,000-80,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidate’s experience and education.
