Our North America Store Experience team is looking for a Retail Marketing ISM Specialist to support our Brand & Employee Store Channels + our Emerging Brands for all of NA.
This position works closely with Retail Merchant Team, Field Retail Team, Print vendors and Agencies. The Retail Marketing ISM Specialist- will be responsible for project managing all aspects of in store marketing for our CSC + Emerging Brands for Brand and Employee Store Channels. This role is responsible for building distribution list for campaigns and new store openings, entering design projects into WorkFront, store communication; regarding deliveries and shipments, agency/vendor communication on project details and timing, writing seasonal briefs for seasonal marketing campaigns, building directives for store teams to follow for window installations.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Project manage in store marketing elements for new store openings. From briefing in agencies to working with print vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets to the store teams
- Utilize project management tool to manage in store marketing elements that are briefed into the design agency
- Write seasonal marketing briefs based on Brand Marketing Calendar
- Create and manage distribution lists per campaign. 10-12 full campaigns per year and 8-10 additional small scale campaigns/per year
- Communicate and work directly with both CSC & Emerging Brand partners to understand each brands marketing vision for the season and create briefs based on each channels needs and strategy.
- Create and deliver detailed install direction for all in store marketing elements throughout the season or new store openings Brand & Employee Stores
- Work closely with merch partners and Sr Visual Merchandising leads to understand product assortments for each season to inform in store marketing element needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with design agency, print vendor, and store team
- Manage weekly meetings with each vendor to ensure projects are on track and are progressing as planned
- Detailed and timely communication with the retail field team on when new marketing assets are arriving in store and direction on where and how to execute placement.

- An excellent communicator with skills to establish positive working relationships across various levels and fields of expertise
YOU HAVE
- BA or equivalent with a focus on retail merchandising, retail planning, or visual; 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, space or assortment planning, or product presentation, preferably with a multi‑channel and/or vertical retailer
- Strong technical skills, Adobe Suite, Airtable, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven ability to document standards and directives with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and partner cross‑functionally
- Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects, meet tight timelines, and thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing retail environment
- Flexible and mobile, with strong calendaring skills and the ability to travel 10–15% of the time
