Home Care Head Nurse with DHA

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Care Head Nurse with a valid DHA license to lead and manage our home care nursing team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise the home care nursing team to ensure high standards of patient care. - Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. - Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and home care protocols. - Mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff performance. - Coordinate patient care activities and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. - Manage documentation, quality assurance, and reporting related to home care nursing services.
