We invite an Intermediate Business Analyst to join our team working on an enterprise-grade Point-of-Sale platform used by global restaurant and retail brands. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a team of 20+ Business Analysts and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting requirements definition and contributing to the delivery of features across various system components. 🟩 What's in it for you: Contribute to a large-scale Point-of-Sale platform used by global brands Develop practical experience with systems, integrations, and domains such as payments and loyalty Be part of a collaborative Business Analysis team with a strong culture of knowledge sharing and mentorship ✅ Is that you? 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development Good understanding of BA fundamentals (requirements elicitation, documentation, user stories) Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence and Jira Ability to write clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Intermediate+ English level Desirable: Exposure to payment and loyalty systems, as well as system integrations across multiple components Exposure to POS systems 🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you’ll support the team in defining, documenting, and managing business requirements, contributing to the delivery of new features and improvements.
