Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Agent for Booking.com, including fully paid relocation to the beautiful country of Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel bookings and inquiries. Responsibilities Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Assist customers throughout the booking process including modifications, cancellations, and travel-related questions. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues customers face in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs and improve service quality. Stay up-to-date with Booking.com's products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.

Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required, with English proficiency being an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, especially within travel, hospitality, or booking platforms, is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with customer-oriented focus. Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment. Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
