Our client is a business-to-business (B2B) solutions provider based in the US that supports manufacturers by supplying specialized materials essential for production. Rather than producing these materials themselves, the company acts as a trusted partner between global material manufacturers and industrial clients, helping source products such as adhesives, sealants, coatings, solder, and other specialty materials. These solutions are used across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, electronics, transportation, energy, and general manufacturing, ensuring that clients have access to the right materials needed to build and maintain high-performance products. The Site Leader for Global Center of Excellence in the Philippines will oversee the operational success and strategic direction of the facility. Although this role does not have direct reports, the Site Leader is accountable for driving team achievement, fostering a culture of excellence, and upholding the highest standards across the facility. Will act as "eyes and ears" for business leaders who are based outside the Philippines. Responsible for employee engagement, raising issues, and supporting hiring strategies. Duties and Responsibilities: Will manage the Alabang site which currently has 40-45 people, scaling to 80-100 people. Guide the Center of Excellence to meet organizational goals and customer expectations, ensuring operational excellence throughout the facility. Foster a collaborative and accountable culture, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results and supporting their professional growth. Monitor facility performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best-in- class process enhancements. Establish, communicate, and uphold employee policies, advocating for equity and consistency between all functional departments within the site. Drive strong global and regional leadership alignment, proactively facilitating communication and cooperation among leadership and functional departments to guarantee support and optimal performance. Manage facility resources effectively, ensure ongoing safety and security, and promote operational efficiency. Represent the Center in external engagements, including vendor management and site visits, reflecting the company’s values and operational standards. Champion ongoing innovation and continuous improvement across all site operations. Lead initiatives for facility growth, including site expansion, talent attraction, and the achievement of long-term operational objectives. Must-have Skills/Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in operations management or operational leadership, preferably within a global competency center or global service organization. Global exposure/experience working with international teams. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Experience working in multicultural settings and a strong understanding of regional business practices. Dedication to excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Will follow European time which is 11am-7pm Philippine time Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
