Scaffold Builders

1 Resource Group is actively seeking experienced Scaffold Builders to join our dedicated team in Bay Minette, AL. Based in various project locations, Scaffold Builders will play a crucial role in erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffold systems, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and project requirements. Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan scaffold construction. Erect, secure, and dismantle scaffold systems safely and efficiently. Inspect scaffold components for defects and ensure proper maintenance. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scaffold Builder. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong understanding of scaffold construction and safety regulations. Capability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. OSHA 10 certification required. NCCER Certification is a plus Competitive hourly rates based on experience, with per diem offered as applicable.
