Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Rotating 12-Hour Shifts (8 AM - 8 PM)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position working rotating 12-hour shifts (8 AM – 8 PM). Every other weekend is required. This role will function as a cart nurse across two floors, providing direct patient care and ensuring continuity of services. The RN will play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence and supporting a team-based care model. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as assigned (cart nurse responsibilities) Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient conditions Work across two floors to support resident care needs Document care accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals Communicate effectively with residents, families, and providers Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies

Active RN license in the state of New York Current CPR certification Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities across units Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
