Our District Office is committed to supporting Agency Owners, Agency Team Members, and the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies. Role: District Recruiting Manager Our District Office of Farmers Insurance is seeking a highly motivated District Recruiting Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent as agency owners and team members. Your efforts will make a significant impact by identifying, engaging, and hiring individuals passionate about the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to conducting interviews. Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and industry events. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent acquisition partners.

Previous experience in the insurance industry is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook).
