TRADE EXECUTION
Strategy Into Action – Support the field teams implementing our Trade Marketing strategy & initiatives
Create and support the development of communication materials and Sell Out Mechanics
Lead the Execution of Key Account Business Plans
Support on Execution of Wholesalers Distribution Plans
Guarantee the best consumer experience at Red Bull own Events
FIELD SUPPORT
Be in the field with the team to unlock business opportunities and guarantee the perfect execution
Guarantee the necessary logistic support for Event POS tools and ensure their correct placement
Make sure that best practices and learnings/opportunities to improve are shared inside the team
TRADE MARKETING PROCESSES
Manage POS. From ordering to reception and availability to the market
Manage operational Suppliers – Logistic & activation agencies
Manage all external contacts (clients, vendors, stakeholders, etc.) directed to the department.
Trade Marketing Specialist with 2–4+ years of experience in trade, brand, and channel marketing within FMCG/beverages.
Strong focus on On Premise (bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels) with proven ability to translate brand strategies into impactful venue-level activations that drive volume, visibility, and premium brand image.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Economics / Communications or other relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Experienced with CRM/trade marketing tools and basic dashboards
Familiar with social/digital support for On Premise.
Fluency in English is required
Driving License
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Great communication skills, including presentations
