Buyer/Planner

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

·         Planning and Purchasing of parts and material according to global production plan;

根据全球生产计划做好原材料的物料计划和采购工作

·         Negotiate with suppliers on delivery and costs to ensure the factory has adequate amount of inventory and no shortage in production;

与供应商协商交期和价格，确保工厂有足够的库存以及产线不缺料

·         Inventory controlling (DMP/IMAG, etc)

库存控制（DMP/MAG等）

·         Involved in Supplier Quality Improvement;

参与供应商质量改进

·         Coordinate internal to support customer demand

内部协调资源来支持客户需求

·         Coordinate with engineer and production for engineering change and QDIP follow up

配合工程师和产线的工程更改和QDIP跟进

·         Build DBS culture and utilize DM/VM, DMS, PSP etc. DBS tools to drive continual materials system and logistics process improvement activities

建立DBS文化，充分利用DM/VM, DMS,  PSP 等 DBS工具不断进行物料管理系统和物流流程的改进

The essential requirements of the job include

•College graduate

本科学历

•2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

2年以上制造行业工作经验优先

•Working knowledge of ERP/Excel preferred, preferably Oracle

会使用ERP/Excel系统优先（Oracle更好）

•Strong English skill and Excellent people skills

熟练的英语沟通能力和良好的人际沟通能力

•Logical reasoning and problem solving skills

逻辑的分析解决问题能力

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel – 10 %-30% travel (local and Oversea like US)
