Job Description: You will own the full customer lifecycle, from technical pre-sales and building custom POCs to post-sales implementation and long-term adoption. By architecting AI-powered workflows across HR and IT systems, you will enable enterprises like Databricks and Figma to autonomously resolve operations requests, directly impacting the platform's vision and customer ROI.

What you will do

• Design and deliver high-stakes demos and live POCs that transform complex manual workflows into clear, automated roadmaps for executive buyers.
• Architect and ship integrations across identity systems, HR platforms, and SaaS tools to ensure customers hit measurable ROI immediately after go-live.
• Act as a strategic technical advisor for customer leadership, expanding automation coverage and identifying new product opportunities to improve the platform.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical architecture, preferably within enterprise IT or HR operations.
• Demonstrates deep technical proficiency in connecting complex enterprise systems and building AI-powered workflows while maintaining a strong commercial instinct.
• Exhibits an entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn across multiple domains and a personal commitment to building incredible product experiences.
