Position Overview

Hermitage Country Club is seeking attentive, professional, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers. As a server in a private club setting, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and their guests. This position requires a high level of service, attention to detail, and a warm, polished demeanor. No experience needed, will train on the job!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service to club members and guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area before, during, and after service
• Anticipate member needs and respond proactively
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Uphold the club's standards for hospitality, appearance, and etiquette

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred (fine dining or private club experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
