Brainlab
Marketing Lead
Salary
Job description
We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Marketing Lead to establish and drive Snke's marketing function. You will own Snke's marketing end-to-end — from brand positioning and content creation to campaign execution and building repeatable processes. Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with Product and Sales to support commercial growth in the global healthtech market.
Responsibilities
- Brand & Strategy - Define Snke's brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition. Ensure a consistent narrative across all markets that reflects the company's mission and differentiation.
- Content & Campaign Execution - Own the day-to-day marketing output — writing copy, developing campaign assets, and managing execution across digital, social, print, and internal channels.
- Product Marketing & Commercial Support - Partner with Product and Sales to translate product innovation into compelling go-to-market narratives, launch materials, and customer-facing content that support pipeline and adoption.
- Corporate Communications - Shape Snke's external presence and internal communications in collaboration with leadership and HR, ensuring consistent storytelling across media and employee channels.
- Marketing Operations - Manage the marketing budget, oversee agency and vendor relationships, and track performance to continuously improve impact and efficiency.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in healthtech, medtech, or a related technology-driven industry
- Proven ability to operate independently — comfortable being the primary marketer and owning execution across multiple channels
- Strong content and copywriting skills with an eye for brand consistency and quality
- Experience in product marketing, including go-to-market planning and sales enablement
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics
- Comfortable managing budgets and external agency or vendor relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to work closely with senior leadership, Product, and Sales
- Fluent in English required; German language skills are a plus
- A supportive, international team connected by shared values and a culture of trust
- Meaningful responsibilities with a lasting impact on global healthtech, improving medical decisions and patient outcomes
- 30 vacation days, plus December 24th and December 31st
- Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model within Germany
- Bike leasing via our partner “BikeLeasing”
- Parking garage and secure underground bike storage
- Subsidized company restaurant and in‑house café
- Urban Sports Club membership with employer contribution
- Regular after‑work, team, and company events
- Centrally located, modern workspace with a 212 m² rooftop terrace
