Home Coordinator

As a Home Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to create, support and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, ensuring that the home department is supported, including:

• Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers
• Ensuring all Home Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting
• Cross train, develop and support sales team members on all aspects of Home Department products and services
• Achievement of sales and profitability targets for your store

• You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, having proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Small Appliances and Whitegoods
• Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems)
• The ability to sell retail products and merchandise, and the ability to work under pressure
