- Lead copy development through internal routing, production, and review workflows, partnering with Science and Regulatory teams to ensure claims and messaging are accurate.
- Manage multiple assignments, timelines, and stakeholder reviews while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadline adherence across projects.
- Coach junior creatives by reviewing work, providing actionable feedback, and supporting stronger creative output across assigned business.
Required:
- 3+ years of copywriting experience in a marketing, advertising, or agency environment, with portfolio examples that show concept development and finished campaign work.
- Experience writing for life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated brands, with demonstrated collaboration across medical, science, regulatory, or legal review processes.
- Ability to tailor copy to defined target audiences, supported by work samples that show brand voice development across promotional tactics or channels.
- Experience presenting concepts and copy to clients or senior stakeholders, with clear examples of defending recommendations and incorporating feedback productively.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at once, while delivering accurate, polished copy and coordinating effectively with Creative and Client Service partners.
Desired:
