We are seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen our Zatec plant, Czech Republic.

Your core responsibilities include:

People management

• Drive higher employee engagement to achieve the organizational goals.
• Build talent by encouraging professional development with continuous coaching, feedback, mentoring, performance management and provide appropriate training opportunity.
• Ensure the deployment of the company communication to the team.
• Ensure appropriate work environment for the team.

Budget Management / Control

• Develop and operate within budget for team with guidance from Head of Region Performance Management.

Safety and Compliance

• Promote safety culture and compliance for organization.

Plan/execute the following items

• Finance management reporting, Group reporting (IFRS) (Monthly/Quarterly), Finance audit, Statutory / External reporting, Taxes, Capital management, Cash flow management, General Accounting, SOX & Internal controls, Product costing calculations.
• Cost management

Profile and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, Fluency in Czech is an asset
• Relevant experience in a similar Finance Manager position
• Proven experience in Accounting and Controlling
• Proven experience with International taxes
• Master’s degree in finance or similar
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Willingness to work on “Hands-On” topics
• ERP skills (SAP S4Hana)
• Financial acumen
