Job description
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving quality excellence across our R&D teams. You'll combine robust QA methodologies with cutting-edge AI applications to ensure the reliability and high performance of our products.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Serve as the quality champion for several R&D teams, ensuring alignment on quality standards, test coverage, and release criteria
- Actively explore, evaluate, and integrate AI/ML tools and techniques (e.g., test data generation, anomaly detection in logs, intelligent test selection and maintenance) to improve the QA pipeline
- Analyze complex system requirements and user stories to develop comprehensive, end-to-end test strategies
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for critical production issues, collaborating with development and product teams to prevent recurrence
- Promote a high-performance, quality-first mindset and share advanced technical knowledge
- Work hands-on with automation principles and frameworks, including Playwright, with the ability to write and read automated tests

- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Extensive and practical experience with web technologies
- Proficiency in testing tools like Dev Tools, Postman, Grafana, and Jira
- Experience working with systems incorporating Machine Learning or AI technologies – an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives independently
- Eagerness to thrive in a rapidly evolving QA environment with a proactive and curious approach
