Job description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Lead, train and develop the Flight Representative team by setting clear expectations, recognizing strong performance and addressing issues proactively.
  • Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with ACS Private Jets teams.
  • Design and deliver structured training, onboarding programs and operational standards
  • Develop and maintain training checklists, onboarding guides, and clear “what to do and what not to do” standards to support representative professionalism and performance.
  • Provide hands-on operational support before, during and after flights. 
  • Continuously refine training processes to improve service quality, reduce errors, and strengthen the overall capability of the Flight Representative team.
  • Lead strategic projects to support the growth of the Flight Representative department across the U.S. and Canada,
  • Act as the primary escalation point during live operations and develop FBO relationships nationwide.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate monthly records and reporting on Flight Representative coverage across the U.S. and Canada
  • Strengthen collaboration with Jet Card Managers to ensure consistent execution, reliable communication, and a high-quality experience for Jet Card clients.
  • Follow company procedures methodically to safeguard both ACS and its clients.
