Investments Middle Office - Senior Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced IMO Senior Analyst to join our Institutional Retirement Investments Middle Office team. In this role, you’ll provide oversight and deliver high-quality investment performance reporting, portfolio analytics, and risk management insights. You’ll play a key part in shaping operational processes, driving data innovation, and supporting strategic decision-making across a diverse investment landscape.

What you’ll be doing:

• Producing and overseeing portfolio MI reporting for senior stakeholders
• Managing and validating data while developing asset data models
• Leading operational process design and transition to support front office
• Implementing new reporting and workflow technologies to improve efficiency
• Representing the team in working groups and forums to optimise processes
• Coordinating coverage of BAU tasks and mitigating key person risk
• Supporting onboarding of new reporting requirements and asset classes
• Engaging stakeholders and testing changes to ensure positive customer outcomes

Who we’re looking for:

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in finance or operations within financial services
• Strong understanding of investment products, processes and trade lifecycle
• Advanced Excel skills (including VBA) and experience with SQL/Python
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and data platforms like Snowflake
• Proven ability to deliver process improvements and technical reporting solutions
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach
• Creative problem-solver with strong accountability and attention to detail
