Position Summary
This role is responsible for delivering end to end ANZ Credit Management and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, ensuring high quality customer interactions and strong cash flow outcomes. The position manages collections, forecasting, and monthly reporting, cash application review, compliance also driving continuous improvement and timely resolution of AR related risks and compliance matters.
In addition, the role provides operational oversight of motor vehicle leasing and fleet management, including cost‑effective solutions, accurate record maintenance, and car parking management at the North Ryde site. Acting as a key liaison for facility‑related matters, the role partners proactively with ANZ cross‑functional teams to support business objectives and strong financial governance.

Location: North Ryde, NSW
The Role
- Manage end to end Credit Management and Accounts Receivable operations, including customer credit assessments, collections, dispute resolution, PPSR administration.
- Oversee cash collections and aged debt, providing regular reporting, variance analysis, and escalation of key risks to senior management.
- Lead and coordinate cash application activities, ensuring accurate cash allocation and timely issue resolution.
- Drive financial forecasting and reporting, including AR cash flow forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Ensure SOX controls, financial compliance, and AR procedures are documented, maintained, and executed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with shared services teams to resolve operational issues efficiently and improve finance processes.
- Support internal and external audits, coordinating AR, credit, and SOX related requirements and ensuring timely resolution of findings.
- Manage fixed assets, including head office asset coordination, leased motor vehicle fleet management, and corporate credit cards.
- Act as a trusted business support to cross functional ANZ teams, participating in Credit Meetings and regional working groups.
- Actively support continuous improvement initiatives and company programs, including Safety, Sustainability, and Diversity & Inclusion.

The Candidate
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Australian Credit Management and/or Accounts Receivable roles.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience working within multinational or complex corporate environments.
- Strong exposure to cash flow management and working capital optimisation is preferred.
- CPA or CA qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage changing priorities.
