We are seeking a Tax Staff with 2–3 years of experience in U.S. Individual Tax compliance to support the preparation of Form 1040 returns. The role involves working on individual tax filings for high‑net‑worth clients under the supervision of senior team members and collaborating with U.S. onshore teams to deliver accurate and timely tax services.

How You’ll Contribute: Core Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of U.S. Individual Income Tax Returns (Form 1040) in accordance with IRS regulations and firm policies Support the preparation of individual tax returns for HNI clients, including moderately complex matters Work on returns involving: Forms 1099 and related income reporting K‑1 and K‑3 schedules, including Hedge Fund and PTP K‑1s (with guidance as required) Rental real estate activities Multi‑state individual income tax filings Foreign information reporting such as FBAR (FinCEN Form 114) and Form 8938 Prepare tax workpapers and supporting documentation in line with quality and documentation standards Utilize tax compliance software such as SurePrep, CCH Axcess, or GoSystem Tax Coordinate with U.S. onshore counterparts to address review comments and complete deliverables Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines during peak tax and extension seasons Follow internal processes related to data security, confidentiality, and quality control Demonstrate flexibility in taking up new assignments and learning additional tax concepts Stay informed on IRS updates, tax law changes, and procedural guidance Qualifications: Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Taxation 2–3 years of experience in U.S. Individual Tax (Form 1040) preparation Working knowledge of U.S. individual taxation and related forms Experience in a public accounting or professional services environment preferred Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and willingness to learn Good oral and written communication skills
