Your New Role You’ll be a central part of our wholesale team, supporting the Independent and National Sales teams while ensuring our customers receive a consistently high level of service. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the coordination of orders, campaigns, and account activity, acting as a key link between Sales and Operations. You’ll take ownership of nominated accounts and play a critical role in keeping everything moving, from order processing and fulfilment through to campaign execution and stock coordination. With a strong focus on detail and process, you’ll ensure commitments to customers are delivered accurately and on time, while proactively identifying risks, solving problems, and supporting the broader sales team to achieve results. What You’ll Be Doing Support the National Sales Agent Network (SAN), BDMs, and National Accounts team Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams on order priorities Deliver a high-quality, solutions-focused service experience to all customers Build strong relationships across wholesale partners and buying groups Coordinate POS materials, product launches, and campaign rollouts Prepare and distribute sell-in tools including samples, catalogues, and order forms Maintain and update systems including Brandscope, NetSuite, and CRM platforms Contribute to reporting, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives Liaise with Operations to understand stock availability and constraints What Success Looks Like Orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time, with minimal issues Strong, trusted relationships with wholesale customers and internal teams Sales teams are well-supported and able to focus on driving growth Campaigns and product launches are delivered seamlessly and on schedule Clear visibility of stock, orders, and risks across the wholesale channel Continuous improvement in processes, systems, and customer experience About You Previous experience in sales administration or a wholesale environment Highly organised with exceptional time management and attention to detail Strong communicator, confident working with a range of stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Brandscope, or similar) Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused in your approach A genuine team player with a willingness to roll up your sleeves Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred) The Perks A culture of smart, engaged, values driven people, where everybody's voice matters.
