Job description
About Adfix At Adfix, we uncover and execute growth opportunities for ambitious streetwear and fashion brands, primarily in the U.S. Our cross-functional teams deliver measurable wins through data-driven strategies, creative excellence, and unmatched client results. We act like true partners to our clients, not vendors, and we win together as one team. About You You're a creative thinker with real taste and real opinions about streetwear. You think in ideas plus execution, not aesthetics alone. You spot hooks and patterns before they become trends, you can articulate why a video works or doesn't, and you're happy editing daily. You're an ideas-first maker, not a coordinator. You treat feedback as fuel, not friction, and you speak honestly about what's working. Role Overview You'll create high-performance organic content for a portfolio of streetwear and culture-driven brands at Adfix. The majority of output is short-form video: editing and repurposing studio content, UGC, and brand assets into platform-native Reels and TikToks that create attention, shape perception, and turn content into demand. This is not a coordination role. You'll be editing, ideating, and publishing daily. This is a remote role open to candidates across Europe, as long as your working hours overlap with our CET office hours. What You'll Do Create high-performance organic content (video-first). Edit and repurpose studio content, UGC, and brand assets. Create multiple content angles from the same material. Turn simple footage into scroll-stopping, high-retention videos using text overlays, music and sound design, pacing and sequencing, and storytelling structure. Apply attention and virality frameworks. Build content using curiosity, identity, and tension-based hooks, visual and audio pattern interruption, retention structures (payout, delayed reveal), and open loops. Goal: stop the scroll, hold attention, create a payoff. Use trends with intent. Identify emerging trends early, understand why they work, and adapt them to fit the brand and product instead of copying formats. Tell stories that build perception. Create content that associates the product with lifestyle, experience, identity, and culture, so people feel something instantly without needing explanation. Plan and publish across platforms. Manage a consistent publishing cadence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Adapt to platform-specific formats and behaviors. Produce secondary static and carousel content (image posts, carousels, text-led visuals) that supports the video strategy. Contribute to creator research and selection. Identify creators aligned with the brand, help select collaborators, and contribute to sourcing content that fits culture and aesthetic. Feed insights back into the brand. Spot patterns in what's getting attention, highlight winning hooks, visuals, and product details, and contribute ideas that influence creative direction and future content. Content References These represent the level of creativity, structure, and cultural relevance expected. 2–4 years of hands-on experience editing short-form video for a brand (streetwear, culture, music, skate, lifestyle, or fashion strongly preferred). Deep understanding of streetwear culture, not just the aesthetic. Strong instinct for what performs organically on TikTok and Reels: you can articulate why a hook works, where retention breaks, and what makes a payout land. Strong taste in music, visuals, and timing. Confident editing in CapCut, CapCut Pro, Premiere, or equivalent. Fluent with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and Instagram native tools (publishing and insights). Excellent copywriting, especially short captions and text overlays. Fluent spoken and written English: communicates clearly via emails, Slack, and conference calls. Based in a time zone that allows you to overlap with our CET office hours (10:00–18:00). Aligned with our core values: Client Partnership , Proactive Mindset , Honest Responsibility , and One Team, Shared Wins (values statement: https://share.zight.com/p9uJLoWp ). Bonus You film your own content. You create AI-generated visuals or AI-driven content. You naturally spot trends early. Portfolio / Work Samples Ask Must-Have Portfolio: Please include links to 2–3 Instagram or TikTok accounts you personally ran (yours or a brand's), plus 3–5 short-form video examples (Reels, TikToks, or Shorts) you personally edited or clipped, ideally from someone else's raw footage (brand shoot, event, podcast, interview, creator content). Accounts built purely from reposting or stock brand templates will not be considered.
$2,000 – $3,000 /month gross (contractor agreement), depending on experience and qualifications Annual performance evaluation with opportunities for bonuses and salary increases. Be part of a stellar team, each master of their own craft, supporting each other to be better every day. Work with ambitious clients, challenging you to become a more rounded marketer. Freedom to explore and implement new ideas. Uncapped, real path to career growth. Remote-first culture with flex time: work from anywhere, as long as your hours overlap mostly with our CET office hours (10:00–18:00). 20 days of paid time off per year. How to Apply The hiring process for this position includes the following steps: Complete the application form. We ask two short questions: one to show us how you think about a client, and one for your portfolio and work samples. Answer thoughtfully (quality over length); we read these before your CV. A short Loom video introducing yourself is strongly encouraged and gives you a real edge. Our team will review and reach out within 1–3 business days if you're selected for the next step. Initial interview. A conversation to discuss your experience and fit for the role. Test project. A focused task that mirrors the real work: Create a few organic post concepts with strong viral potential using existing images and videos from a given IG account. Final steps. Successful candidates may receive a direct offer or a follow-up interview to finalize details. This is a full-time role and we expect it to be your primary and only full-time position. Please apply only if you can give it your full attention and effort during our working hours. If your approach to content starts with "what should we post," this role is not a fit. We look forward to receiving your application!
