The Role As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business performance by transforming data into clear, actionable insights. This role goes beyond reporting — it requires strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to tell compelling stories with data that influence decision-making across the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, pricing, and leadership to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth Translate data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Excel Write efficient and scalable queries using SQL to extract and manipulate data Use Python (or another programming language) for deeper analysis, automation, and data processing Develop and improve pricing models, forecasting tools, and performance tracking systems Monitor key business metrics and proactively identify risks and opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure success Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems Design and optimize processes for reporting, invoicing, and inventory management Present insights in a structured and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences What We’re Looking For Technical Skills Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory) Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel (including complex formulas, data modelling) Experience with Python or any programming language for data analysis and automation Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker Studio and Tableau) Strong understanding of data structures, data cleaning, and transformation Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured analysis Strong attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy Experience working with large datasets and identifying meaningful insights Storytelling & Communication Exceptional ability to translate data into clear, compelling stories Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to present insights in a simple, structured, and decision-oriented way Comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams and seniority levels Mindset & Traits Highly detail-oriented and organized Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Strong ownership and accountability Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Nice to Have Experience in pricing, marketplace, or operations analytics Familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing) and forecasting Exposure to logistics, e-commerce, or service-based businesses Why Join Us?
